Helpful advice and service from the manager last week when I wandered in on my lunch break looking for a couple of things for my pooch! He loves his new Kong Wobbler and his salmon and sardine dry food - thank you!

I have experienced the service that Justin and Captain Wild describe on the first occasion I went there AND I've also received excellent service from other staff there on subsequent visits. Now I always walk up to the same person and ask for help which is very politely given. I'm glad I went back a second time because the first time was a shocker.
