    If I could give zero I would. This branch is terrible! Zero customer service. We were waiting in the lobby no one approached us, well we can see there were three staff sitting at their desk busy doing whatever, not serving any customers. Waited for 5 mins, staff noticed us but no one standed up and came to greet us! It is a just bad and shocking experience.

    Guess what??? It was incorrect. Instead of being nice and kind , she tried to be arrogant because she did not want to accept her mistake. I was surprised that she tried to argue with customer who was innocent.

    There is one teller there that is just plainly rude, to the point of mocking but the other staff are friendly and helpful.

    All I wanted to do today was to deposit my money but not towaste my time and argued for my missing money. She should know how it is important have a nice service especially with her responsibilty.

    Was held up trying to close a car loan off. Friendly and helpful staff and at 5.10pm on a friday when the branch was technically closed, the branch manager offered to write a customised letter of confirmation that the loan was paid off. Above and beyond and without even asking. Great service.

    I have had bad experiences in this bank before but today took the cake - Literally. I was the only one in the line. two people being served at the counter. The cashier offers the lady a cupcake - for some form of celebration or promotion. The other cashier offered the other customer a cupcake too but he politely declined. However, no one even offered me a cupcake? Is is because of the colour of my skin? Clearly looking at my size, no one would ever doubt that i would be a person who'd love a cupcake, but this Westpac branch clearly has some bad taste in employees and needs to move into 2016. Thanks a lot for ruining a perfectly good day and giving Westpac as a whole a bad image in my mind. This is sure to make many a conversation. For the record, I can afford my own cupcakes and many too, but it's the principle of treating me indifferently that hurts. So thank you Westpac.

    She never said sorry and acted like a teenager. I wouldn't want to meet her again but thanks to a man who was trying to deal with the issue clearly.

    She(long curly dark hair and dark skin)was rude and inexperienced person I have never met in the branch. I wanted to deposit big amount of cash and we used machine to count but I knew how much it was. It ended up money was short, so I ask her to do it again. It was still short and finally she wrote incorrect amount. However, I was so sure she was not concentrated and she looked outside over and over again.so I asked her to do again. When I look at the machine, some note was not gone through smoothly.

    EVERYONE should know how much you deposit and ask count again again from her because she doesn't know what she does. I would have lost my cash for nothing today but so lucky I knew how much it was.
